The first Mr. Olympia bodybuilding competition was held in 1965. It was formed to bring together all the world champion bodybuilders like the Mr. Universe title holder, the Mr. World title holder, and other bodybuilding competition title holders, to compete in one event to get the champion of the world’s champions.
Today the Mr. Olympia bodybuilding competition is the world’s premier bodybuilding show. It is every bodybuilders dream to win this title as the holder of the Mr. Olympia title is considered to be the world’s number one bodybuilder.
