Men struggle with sex and sexuality and even women struggle with sex ans sexuality.
Sex can be a political issue
Politics can be about resources and the distribution of resources politics can be about race like the world wars politics can be about territory. politics can also be about sex.
The politics of lions is based on sex lion culture is based on sex the lion has to overthrow the pride so that the lion can breed. Lions even form alliances to overthrow the lion of the pride.
The man walks into the bar the man sees two tables one table is with a woman the other table is three men the man has extra money the man has to decide which way to go to spend the extra 200 shillings on the woman who is sitting alone or buy the three men a jug of alcohol this the politics of sex. Once it is her who decides the woman has achieved political power she can overthrow a government.
The lady lawyer was in court and the judge in the court asked are you a m/s or a Mrs the Lady Lawyer is complaining she says it is not right or fair for the Judge to ask a lady such a question and calls it sexual harassment.
The Judge was politely asking if she is married or not and then without interfering with her life was fishing trying to know if she is sleeping with anyone.
The judge is a man God made men to behave this way.
A woman is a sexual being and if the woman goes into the employment environment the woman brings her sexuality into the profession the religion of Islam the voice of a woman can not be heard she is not allowed to recite the Koran in public men complain with no shame the voice of a woman arouses.
Men are not perfect the Judge is a professional but he is not perfect it is right for him to be himself. Once a person achieves the status of profession then the person should always behave according to the laws of the profession and not according to emotions this is the discipline of the profession.
Professionalism is rightly defined by the idea of constitutionalism and if the constitution says at least one third of the women that sit in parliament should be women then sex and sexuality is part of the constitution and part of parliament.
Some politicians believe the constitution can be used as a tool to achieve gender equality.
The standard for election according to the constitution is the politician who achieves the constitutional position is the politician who is elected by the voter.
Constitutional politics becomes sexual politics when the constitution makes it a law that a certain number of parliamentarians should be women.
The constitutional parliament of Kenya currently does not respect the provisions expressed in the constitution.
Respecting the constitution is a matter of convenience even the president overlooks some provisions of the constitution especially during the election for some politicians the constitution is a guide for example.
When there is a stalemate or an impasse then the constitution becomes an advantage.
The cabinet secretary Mr Tobiko ignored the constitution and cancelled the title deeds of the people who were living in the Mau forest the cabinet secretary was of the opinion The Mau forest was more important as a water catchment area than respecting the provisions of the constitution.
The constitution demands that women achieve the standards that are expressed in the constitution through the ballot box.
It is not right for anyone male or female to be in parliament because of their gender. This is abusing the idea of constitutionalism.
If someone is in parliament the only reason the person is in parliament is to make a contribution a person whether male or female has to be in parliament because they deserve to be in parliament.
The gender rule is a slave to the idea of constitutionalism and the gender rule fails if women go to parliament because they are women the right way for women to achieve the 1/3 gender rule is because they deserve to achieve the 1/3 gender rule.
There is no reason why women cannot achieve these standards according to the ballot box women are the majority of the registered voters. If women voted for each other and supported each other then they would be able to achieve the one third rule effortlessly.
There is no reason why women cannot achieve these standards according to the ballot box women are the majority of the registered voters. If women voted for each other and supported each other then they would be able to achieve the one third rule effortlessly.
The Laws of constitutionalism and the Laws of democracy encourage equality among men and women for the reason the foundation of the Law of democracy is one man one vote and this Law does not differentiate between a woman and a man.
There is no Law in the constitution that puts a man above a woman the reason why women are oppressed to the point where they cannot achieve the 1/3 rule is because of the influence of community laws on society.
If women today cannot achieve the standards expressed in the constitution then the current generation of women have failed to achieve the standards that are expressed in the constitution but this does mean future generations of women will also fail to achieve the standards expressed in the constitution.
One day women will dominate parliament and some generations all the parliamentary seats will be occupied by women men will be doing other things example going to space gambling and playing with the children.
The gender rule can only be an achieved if the interests of the women who vote and the interests of the women who stand for the election are reconciled.
The women who vote deserve to vote and they reconcile their desires and interests to the women who deserve to represent their desires and interests.
Women betray each other and so long as they are betraying each other it is impossible for women to achieve the 1/3 gender rule.
The experienced woman was in the brothel the inexperienced girl arrived and agreed to work as a prostitute when she heard the other woman was working for 500 kshs she decided to undercut the experienced woman by half the experienced woman tried to explain you are spoiling business the loot is enough for everyone but the inexperienced girl would have non of it the experienced woman concluded i was once young.
Women betray God they betray themselves they are even capable of betraying their children and the betrayal of woman hood by women is reflected in parliament by the 1/3 gender rule. The women of Kenya fail to achieve the standards that are expressed in the constitution.
The right way of solving the problem is to develop more sophisticated women Mr Obama the 44th president of Kenya visited Kenya while he was the president of the united states of America Mr Obama said many things but most important Mr Obama advised Kenyans by saying free your women. What Mr Obama was saying is women should be free from community culture.
The only reason the women of Kenya can be justified in their desire to have their way in parliament is if they can prove that culture especially community culture is too deep rooted in society to the point where women are slaves and cannot express their rights properly at the ballot box.
Family bonds force them to vote according to the desires of the head of the family if she goes against the wishes of the head of the family then she is accused of being a betrayer.
The woman is a slave and for this reason cannot express herself freely and fairly she cannot achieve the standards that are expressed in the constitution.
The Strategy that women would adapt is to improve women by encouraging education among women so that future generations of women are more free and if women are more free and more independent then there is a better probability of achieving the 1/3 rule which is a standard expressed in the constitution but to achieve this women would have to be more loyal to their daughters not always betraying each other.
Educating women is easier compared to changing community culture in community culture a woman has no rights the more sophisticated the woman the more free the woman.
